Our mission is enhancing the customer experience. Kendra takes pride in offering a unique repairability feature system. Should you encounter any issues with the functionality of your product, the solution is both effortless and eco-conscious.

Reparability Instructions

Unlike traditional vacuums, Kendra is intuitive when it comes to disassembly, recycling and component reuse. Should you encounter any issues related to the vacuum electrical components, please follow the step-by-step process displayed below.

Battery removal

Use clips on the back of the vacuum battery to unclip and eject.

Electrical housing removal

Simply twist and pull out the electrical casing from the back of the vacuum.

Unique product identifier code

Once the electrical housing is removed, a unique serial code number will become visible on the side of the housing. Download the 'Kendra' app to your smart device and register your product. Once downloaded, enter the problem description. This will allow our repair team to be informed that your product needs to be repaired, and what the nature of the product issue is.

Our repair team will then be able to send you updates on a repair time frame, and when the product will be shipped back to you.

Ship to be repaired.

Simply the place vacuum back in its original box and drop it off at your nearest post office. From here our team will contact you when they have received your product, update you on repairability diagnostics, and when your product will be fully repaired to be shipped back to you.
